日前 Nike 正式發表最新 LEBRON 17，由設計師 Jason Petrie 打造「透過觀察 LeBron James 簽名系列演變你便會發現他有多熱愛 Max Air，感受到 LEBRON 17 氣墊恰好能提供他所需要的穩定和支撐」，官方更整理過去系列所有氣墊配置，此次結合前掌 Zoom Air 與 Max Air 雖說不是首度被採用，但歷代最大體積 Max Air 為這雙鞋升級不少，稍早 LeBron James 在個人 Instagram 分享整雙鞋製作概念。

Nike LEBRON 17 “In The Arena”，自十五代開始就寫在外側中底 “MAN IN THE ARENA”，來自前美國總統 Theodore Roosevelt 演說《Citizenship in a Republic》內容中一段話，

“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly”

大意即榮耀歸功於競技場上的勇士，而非旁觀批評者，對於不管在場上或者是場下都秉持著 “More Than An Athlete” 的 LeBron James 來說，無疑是一段既勵志又貼切的話，更成為 LEBRON 17 首發配色名稱。

Nike LEBRON 17 鞋舌更成為回溯 LeBron James 生涯的一部分，包含過去簽名筆跡、個人系列 Logo、Dunk Man 飛扣剪影，就如同個人自傳般濃縮在一起。
